Carsten Ankers gazebo

A short walk from LAUV Tretophytter is Carsten Anker's gazebo.

When Carsten Anker established Feiring Ironworks, he built a gazebo. He used this as a residence and a place of representation when he was at the works. The house was built on Kristenkollen with a view of Minnesund to the south and Tangen to the north. In 2013, the rebuilt gazebo was completed. The house was built on the original foundation and according to the archived drawings.
